iCeutica’s business is creating new and improved pharmaceuticals and commercializing them alone, or in collaboration with partners and licensees. We have reformulated a number of approved and marketed products to improve their performance or reduce side effects and we have formulated a number of new chemical entities to solve problems of bioavailability or delivery.

Formed in 2005 and based in Philadelphia, iCeutica has assembled a world leading management team and group of advisers which includes scientists who invented the first nano-drugs approved by the FDA and business people who have been involved in some of the most successful reformulation and reprotection strategies executed by pharmaceutical companies in the USA.

In the Company’s relatively short history, the team has developed the SoluMatrix™ technology, achieved GMP qualification for the process, facilitated the clinical development of 5 drugs and created a number of development stage franchises in pain and inflammation, oncology and respiratory disease amongst others.

In April 2011, iCeutica was acquired by financial investors and is now privately funded to progress its portfolio of products alone and in conjunction with partners and licensees.
